Arnette Construction covers new construction, remodeling, window installation, siding, decks, roofing and general contracting for residential and commercial clients. What We Build

Remodeling
Reworking a space you already own. We'll be straight about what the existing structure can take before anybody starts opening walls.
Window Installation
Set square, flashed properly and sealed. Most window problems aren't the window — they're the opening it went into.
Siding
The building's weather layer. Overlaps, flashing and trim done right so water runs off the wall instead of finding a way in behind it.
Roofing
Repairs and replacement. We trace a leak to where water is actually entering, not just to where the stain shows up on your ceiling.
Decks & General Contracting
Decks built on proper footings with framing that holds up to everybody standing in one corner at once — plus full general contracting when your project needs somebody to own the whole schedule, the permits and the trades.
